Lake Champlain, VT

Sue and I began our trip at Malletts Bay, Lake Champlain just north of Burlington, VT. Bob and Shirley Bowman gave us a ride to the lake, stayed the evening and returned to Wareham Saturday morning. Before leaving they helped Sue and I with some last minute shopping and preparations. Sue and I spent the first night on the boat at the beautiful Champlain Marina. The night began by what turned out to be a prolonged visit to Rozzi's Pub and a victory by the Boston Red Sox !! Interesting boating characters.

Stopped for lunch at the site of Fort Ticonderoga.


Left Fort Ticonderoga and continued south towards Whitehall, NY
